Its combustion performance is A1 level, and it is the best product currently used in fire isolation belts. It has the characteristics of high fire resistance, high thermal insulation, non-toxic and harmless, long life, good water resistance, good interface, energy saving and environmental protection.

Definition:

Cement foam board is launched in response to the national "Interim Provisions on Fire Prevention of External Insulation Systems and External Wall Decoration of Civil Buildings". The basic principle is to use the non-combustibility of cement and a large number of closed pores in concrete to achieve the effects of fire prevention, lightness and insulation.

Scope of application:

According to the "Interim Provisions on Fire Prevention of External Insulation Systems and External Wall Decoration of Civil Buildings", the scope of application is as follows

1. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 100m, the combustion performance of its insulation materials should be A level.

2. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 60m and less than 100m, the combustion performance of its insulation materials should not be lower than B2 level. When using B2 grade insulation materials, a horizontal fire isolation zone should be set up on each floor.

3. For buildings with a height of 24m or more and less than 60m, the combustion performance of the insulation materials should not be lower than B2. When using B2 grade insulation materials, a horizontal fire isolation zone should be set up every two floors.

4. For buildings with a height of less than 24m, the combustion performance of the insulation materials should not be lower than B2. Among them, when using B2 grade insulation materials, a horizontal fire isolation zone should be set up every three floors.

Production process:

1. Feeding and mixing: Add a certain amount of cement, foaming agent and foam stabilizer to the mixer through the feeding system and dry mix for 30 seconds;

2. Mixing: Add a certain amount of warm water to the mixer and wet mix for 2 minutes; Add a certain amount of foaming agent to the mixer and mix for 8-15 seconds;

3. Injection molding and foaming: Then inject the slurry into the mold for foaming, and the foaming process takes about 3-5 minutes;

4. Initial curing: After the injection molding is completed, let it stand for several hours for initial curing;

5. Demolding: Wait for the foamed cement insulation board to complete the initial setting and have the initial strength before demolding;

6. Cutting: After the foamed cement insulation board with a certain strength is demolded, it can be cut. The cutting specifications are adjusted according to the cutting blade;

7. Finished product curing: The curing age of the foamed cement insulation board should not be less than 7 days.
